So many have asked me lately about how to help with the inevitable sniffles that come with weather changing. It’s a real struggle for some of us. SniffleEase is one of my favorite oils for....sniffles. It is part of our KidScents line, which means it is diluted for kids, but it totally works for adults too!
We just rub it on the chest and back, and a tiny swipe on the nose, and it works wonderfully well. I also really like R.C. and Raven, and of course Breathe Again is a handy roller to have right now. Which oil works best for your sniffles?
